A film that's steady with its opener, lifted by its iconic heist scene, then dropped with its final act. Overall pacing makes this feel longer than it is, and along with the rough final act, ultimately drags this film down too far into the negative.

A very touching and thought provoking film, with great performances from Maggie Cheung and Tony Leung, conveying deep emotions through facial expressions and mannerisms, as well as a fascinating and unique style of storytelling that keeps you engaged from beginning to end.

A very up close and personal look into unwanted teenage pregnancy and the devastating paths/choices that need to be looked at. Sidney Flanigan is fantastic in her acting debut, and Eliza Hittman's directional style puts you right in the thick of it and doesn't let you out, which is needed for a film like this.

A film carried on the shoulders of Millie Bobby Brown, who is absolutely delightful for the entire runtime. Cavill shines in his limited screen time, and the film is overall entertaining, but it drops due to its multiple unnecessary storylines/mysteries/plots, while pushing aside early set ups with ultimately zero to no payoff. If they tightened the script up, this would've been much better.

One of the most visually mesmerising movies I've ever seen. A multi layered story that will have you paying extra attention (And maybe even a re watch or two) with a great view on humanity, civilisation, adaptation, family and love. Christopher Nolan still showing the world how to make movies, and how to make them right.
