    Triangle of Sadness 2022

    The Ron

★★★½ Watched by The Ron 23 Mar 2023

Going into Triangle of Sadness I had no idea what it was about.  I’d seen the poster, I knew it had award considerations, and I knew it was billed as a comedy.  At first it doesn’t really seem like a comedy.  The beginning of this film is models and rich people doing model and rich people things, but then comes to luxury cruise!  The middle of this film is absolutely hilarious at times.  It’s funny in ways that made me…

Let the record show, I did indeed call the killer and almost the entire ending. But it was still a blast. Also as a journalist myself, I can tell you Gale just use LexisNexis. That site knows all.

Hello Everyone, how are we all doing? I remember saying in March last year and I quote "Dreamworks has always been a mixed bag. The quality of their movies will differ from movie to movie, but that’s what makes the studio so interesting to me." And I still stand by that because they were a staple of my childhood and I want to see them succeed, and with this movie it truly feels like Dreamworks has returned with a vengeance.…

Classical Composer Gets Canceled : The Movie.

Cate Blanchett is a fucking monster of acting. I will not complain if she gets the win cause bah gawd... unreal.

Some parts of the story felt just a bit boring to me, i don't think it's perfect, but she murdered that movie and left the corpse in a ditch, she then waited for the movie to be buried to spit on its grave. Call 911.

The "Apartment for Sell" song was straight up 🔥🔥

    Marqus Rice

★★½ Rewatched by Marqus Rice 11 Jan 2023

This rating is reflective of the Daredevil (2003) Director’s Cut. Which is the version you should watch.

The Daredevil Netflix series came are reignited superhero fans passions for the Man Without Fear, so much so that even when the show was abruptly canceled, the #SaveDaredevil movement was strong enough that Kevin Feige decided to bring back Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio respectively as Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk for their Marvel Cinematic Universe debuts. Given how great the Netflix version…

Filmbros: holy shit this is a cinematic masterpiece and one of the greatest piece of cinema ever. I never knew elephant shit could look so beautiful and cinematic. Also the Chad Chazelle made a movie that speaks to me because every 10 mins a character randomly talks about the beauty of cinema. Really sad that nobody wants to support great cinema about how important 1920’s cinema is. I mean look at the 40 min party scene it’s so cinematic and…

Feel like I've been in crazytown for the past month after a certain bird app event so this movie is exactly the antidote I needed. Spent a good 5 minutes having a cathartic laughing fit as the credits rolled.

Also you are NOT prepared for what Benoit Blanc's first scene in this movie is

    A fun who-dun-it.

    Ana de Armas so awesome.

Daniel Craig - screw Bond. You are incredible in this role.

    A strong supprting cast.

I watched the Glass Onions flick before this and I thought the GO film was better, but this is like comparing Aliens to Aliens II.
