I never have understood why someone would want to smoke a cigarette.

I don’t know whether it’s because I’ve only almost just spent 18 years on this planet, but I just haven’t been able to grasp the concept. I have friends and family who just get up from whatever they are doing and say “I’m going on a smoke break,” with everyone around them just accepting the fact in which they are going to smoke a cigarette.

    It’s almost like…

i’m just so goddamn tired of looking at these films

time to move on and grow up, everything just becomes mixed together” - Lara Jean

this film is just as convoluted as the second without the charm of Jordan Fisher as John McClaren, but saves itself with Lara Jean seemingly making somewhat correct decisions throughout. If only they all could have been as fantastic as the first.

Please, just please world start giving Lana Condor more work and the same attention that Noah Centineo received from these films.

    I'm Thinking of Ending Things

Do we move through time, or does time move through us?

Charlie Kaufman’s I’m Thinking of Ending Things is many things. It’s a story of aging, a story of love, a story of escapism, and a story of so much more when you dive into it. It’s sincere, yet troubling, unlike any other film I can think of. It’s like a puzzle, one that arrives, you put it all together, and yet it is still missing that one piece that…

    ★★★★

It’s the little things that get you caught...

John Lee Hancock’s The Little Things is as formulaic of a thriller you can get in the guise of Zodiac and Se7en. While it certainly doesn’t reinvent the genre, solid performances from Denzel Washington, Rami Malek, and Jared Leto contribute greatly to the enjoyment of this film.

The characters in this film are sure to be studied for both the good and the bad in the near future.
