A sympathetic approach to a story I remember little of growing up.

Yes there are funny beats and jabs throughout on Harding herself, and this will be a sure fit for the comedy category come award season.
I think this was a well made film about a woman who was attacked, deserving I‎t or not. Obviously the incident ruined her career, but the last act of the film was where Margot really showed her best work in the role. You oddly felt for her a bit.

I laughed. I even teared up once.

Figure skating is all this girl knew. 
That and how to throw a punch. 
Go get em Margot.
