  i wanna get cross examined so bad. it seems so fun. you get to have a fun report with one person. then a really passive aggressive argument with another person. it kinda makes me wish someone I know did just like one murder. extra half star for the final scene.

  masterpiece. I think the brilliance lies in its omissions. you never see the alleged transgressions (minus one particular moment featuring an edit of a previous scene we saw in its entirety to make a point) or “difficult conversations.” too much work trying to capture the cultural zeitgeist portrays morality in black and white. tar lives in the gray. it’s an all-encompassing character study of an archetypal, exceptional american artist in the 21st century. what we allow artists to get away…
