"The world of love wants no monsters in it"

I don't even know what to say about this movie...

It's incredibly beautiful and one of the most romantic movies I've seen. It's also so dark and brooding, so vulnerable and tender... it's astonishing, and I loved every aspect of it. Bones and All completely tore me apart, and I believe this is now my favorite film of the year.

There's a very pure and gripping feeling of uncertainty that surrounds this film. Something unsteady but hopeful; it's happy, it's depressing, it's angry, and very intimate, it feels like a perfect portrait of life as a couple, and the struggles of trying to conceive. It's a movie that lingers in each thought and sentiment, in the passage of time and the struggle, and I just found it fantastic how sincere it feels, and that ending is perfect.

It was refreshing to see a Disney movie that has some elements from the studio's classic formula with a story…
