Rewatched Jun 08, 2020

While Marty's rendition of CAPE FEAR can be unintentionally hilarious at times, his style still boasts a great amount of tension, anxiety, and depth to the story that the original does not have. There is one scene in here that I wholeheartedly believe is one of Scorsese's finest moments as a filmmaker and Juliette Lewis's finest moment as an actress.
