I’m not sure that I entirely followed all of this, but it was pretty engaging for the most part. This movie looks gorgeous and there are some absolutely excellent and very exciting sequences, but I feel a little bit underwhelmed honestly. Although every technical element was on point, and I think Chris Hemsworth did a admirable job, I didn’t ever fully connect to the story. Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood

Makes me reflect on when this came out, back in summer when I saw this four fucking times in theatres. It’s very strange to watch under quarantine while your house is surrounded by snow. Ended up making me much more sad then anticipated.

This has got to be one of the all time greatest investigative movies. Filled with intense scenes, well developed characters, a great cast and interesting themes of obsession. Not a single scene in Zodiac seems boring, you’re always entertained in some way. It doesn’t matter if it’s small character interactions or big reveals, it’s all treated with an importance that makes it thrilling to watch. Zodiac might really be one of my favourite crime movies ever made and one of my favourite movies of the 2000’s. Rewatching only confirmed it’s greatness.
