This was honestly such a great and refreshing MCU movie. I’m not gonna lie, none of the trailers were doing it for me and I was nervous that I wasn’t going to like it, but I’m glad I was wrong. It definitely feels a bit familiar, especially in comparison to Black Panther, though it certainly has its own identity and finds it’s own footing as the film goes on. There isn’t as much MCU connective tissue as you might think there might be, although the stuff that’s here is wonderful and the appearances made are PERFECT. I’m genuinely super excited to watch this again and that makes me SO happy as I was starting to think that maybe I was starting to get burnt out on Marvel movies. Now, we wait for Eternals I guess 👀…
P.S. the first credits scene is for sure in my top 3 post-credit scenes in the entire MCU, SO GOOD!!!
