paul’s in the trenches, just like me
i saw the original in 7th grade history class. loved it, since time has passed i don’t remember much with the exception of a few scenes. unfortunately paul’s mother is swapped out for zemo who’s on a 1917 inspired storyline, this time less intense. negotiating and traveling to get an armistice. on a technical level the new one looks great, however the story is as dull as call of duty campaign. there’s some good moments here and there, did a decent job of depicting the horrors of war. how tf did this get nominated for best cinematography, shit looks bland like gun metal
