Got a huge confession to make. I havenβt been rewatching these MCU movies, Iβm writing from memory, reason being life is too short to rewatch all of them and i know most or some of these practically beat for beat. Iβll be pushing these reviews out like the ford assembly line π
This was a major shift in Taikaβs career. Being the fact, he went from indie to major stardom working with Disney/marvel. Nowadays heβs a disney nut. Apparently wanting to do a Star Wars movie that has nothing to do with the original saga or something like that? I would like to compare him to Eminem. Both started off great then slowly got mediocre and bad. However Taika doesnβt have the goat status like Em does. Iβll say heβs like Roddy Ricch. Started off with underground works, made a huge name for themselves, then had a shit project later on. Off the top of my head, the Eminem comparison will go to Ridley Scott.Β
Yeah I donβt have much to say that has already been said. Itβs funny and changed Thorβs character arch, a damn good time, Blanchett is hot and a cool villain, etc. Love and thunder is like walking out of a hot ass desert and Ragnorak is the water or lemonade youβll find at the nearest town to replenish yourself.
