The Double Life Of Veronique is a metaphysical masterpiece. It's compelling, challenging, profound, poetic and indeed irresistibly beautiful. And how divinely Slawomir Idziak photographed the entire film !! Simply mesmerizing. The music work however takes us completely into its world and somehow we become a part of it. And ofcourse Irene Jacob !! Mind-blowing..she literally has blown my mind. I never seen such a flawless amalgamation of beauty and talent..!! Ufff..!! How can I describe her? How can I elucidate?? She is utterly pacific throughout the movie but still she is remarkably alive on the screen!! She is exquisite but in a completely unconventional way.

But I gotta give it a watch again to catch what Sir Krzysztof Kieślowski wants to tell us..you know!! I haven't figured everything out yet. But truth to be told, this is indeed a worth-watching for all of you. A powerful and mesmerizing poetic piece of work!! Loved itttttt
