I like the way this made me feel. I wanted fairness, more than anything, for every character and towards every character— I wanted a moment of fairness to regulate their living patterns.
I wanted Mr. Kim to see his family grow, even if without him. I wanted Mr. Park to live and to love his wife and kid. And for Kevin to get an education. And for Jessica to becomes some successful hacktivist or something. For Chung-Sook to love her home.
None of this shit happened because it couldn’t happen. Theres lines some lives can’t cross.
And so I never got the fairness I wanted... and then it never paints a future so you’re just— there.
I don’t remember the last time I liked a movie this much, idk how to rate it lol.
