    Every Clerks film fits nicely into the era of film in which it was released. This modern one being the time of meta self reference. It's not bad, but I feel they're taking a step down in quality with each entry. That being said, if you're a fan of the first two, I'd say it is a must watch.

    I like the addition of color. It's very fun. More straightforward than its predecessor in its comedic approach. It's pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a sequel to Clerks.

    Not my favorite musical biopic, but it's up there. I really, really love everything with Austin Butler's Elvis in this movie, but I'm quite annoyed at Tom Hanks' performance. The accent is just terrible, although I suppose it's meant to be grating to increase audience annoyance with the character. I bet Mr. Butler gets an Oscar nomination. Also loved how quickly paced it is for such a long film.

    Somebody on r/Letterboxd asked what movies the whole world has seen that we haven't so I said Blade Runner. A Letterboxd buddy of mine, Nick, said we should both watch it within a week and share our thoughts. We both ended up watching it within 24 hours tho, so that's cool.
