    pietro marcello might just be my new favorite director and that's kinda crazy because this is the only film of his that i've seen and without a subtitle at that. it's also kinda embarrassing how i initially know him from thirsting over luca marinelli in his martin eden film and only interested to see his films from some clips that i saw where he blend non-diegetic archival documentary footage in the fictional film.
