there is a, uh, lot to unpack here. luckily this movie doesn't actually exist so i never have to think about it ever again.
the first two segments were the most entertaining but i was finding the coen's typical cheery nihilism rather tiring. then when the third segment hit and i realized it was all just about individuals (or in the case of the fifth and sixth segment, collectives) trying to make their own path in the world against the negative forces of humanity and nature, everything suddenly kinda clicked into place for me. basically a typical coen bros' film
