    Jackass: The Movie

Gonna rewatch this truly iconic trilogy since Jackass 4 comes out in February.
Here’s my very short and very sweet review:
    Is this movie dumb?

    Is it entertaining as hell?

  • The King's Man

    The King's Man

    Saw The King’s Man.

  • Saint Maud

    Saint Maud

Gonna add this to the list of films that actually have a jumpscare that’s one of the most effectively bowel emptying pieces of horror ever, up there with the jumpscares in The Thing, Alien, and Mulholland Drive. Glad I finally got to see this, because good lord (pun not intended) the release schedule for this was ridiculous.

  • Don't Look Up

    Don't Look Up

An embarrassingly edited celeb jerk-off fest. Adam McKay just go back to making Will Ferrel comedies because clearly its what you’re best at.

    Sex Survey Results

I don’t know how to score this. I discovered this through Eyepatch Wolf’s Garfield video and decided to check Lasagna Cat and out and HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BOY. This is some of the most bizarre content on YouTube, I can’t tell is it’s supposed a satire on the mundane and relative unfunniness of Garfield or if it’s just a really well produced shit post. Sex Survey Results really is the pinnacle of this batshit insane project (I genuinely can’t believe this is…

  • Spider-Man: No Way Home

    Spider-Man: No Way Home

As somebody who’s pretty tired of superhero movies, I was SUPER happy with this.

  • A Charlie Brown Christmas

    A Charlie Brown Christmas

    Perfect in its imperfections.

  • Venom: Let There Be Carnage

    Venom: Let There Be Carnage

This movies not good but thankfully it knows it’s not good, and is much more consistently entertaining than the previous film. I’m still not crazy about Woody Harrelson’s casting as Cletus Kasady, but at least he’s not wearing a Ronald McDonald wig. The movie was alright but that post credits scene FUCKS.

  • Venom

Just like I said in my Worst Of 2018 video, I hate this movie (though I will admit it is a little more watchable than I remember). It can’t make up its mind on if it wants to be goofy and campy like the Raimi Spidey films or actually be a serious sci-fi movie. Eddie and Venom’s chemistry is occasionally entertaining but it’s held back by a boring and tedious screenplay.

  • The Amazing Spider-Man 2

    The Amazing Spider-Man 2

I liked the montage with Spider-Man just doing Spider-Man stuff. That’s about it. Sony’s interference really killed any potential this film could’ve had, unlike Spider-Man 3 which Raimi managed to make work despite Sony’s iron fist.

  • The Amazing Spider-Man

    The Amazing Spider-Man

This movie really frustrates me, there’s scenes that I love, I like Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker, the effects are cool, I just feel like something key is missing in making this an (pun not intended) amazing Spider-Man movie.
