WOW!!! What a ride!!! This movie pretty much has everything: its a weird, sick, twisted and quite deep revenge action movie about unlikely heroes coming together (a good friend said it was like JOHN WICK / THE EQUALIZER / TAKEN meets THE FULL MONTY, and he couldn´t be more accurate), its also a very character-driven thriller, also a very dark comedy (with the obscure sense of humor only the Danish have), and also a touching drama about grieving, trauma, letting go, parenting and the importance of family, friends, and human connection... But, above all things, its a story about one of my favorite themes in the world: fate, destiny, and the mystery behind the meaning of life and why things happen... NOTHING is random... yet, at the same time, everything is?

It's extremely well written, fresh, unique and filled with lovable, special, and charismatic characters, one of those magical cinematic experiencies where you don´t want the movie to end...

Definitely one of the best movies of 2021 so far, and also one of my favorite Danish movies and Mads Mikkelsen performances ever... don´t miss it!!!
