  I love that fan service for Downton abbey is marathon weddings, Maggie Smith’s sexual past, and Lady Grantham having a girlboss pussy cunt cancer slay moment that guilt trips her cheating husband. as she should.

  Watched it with Lorenzo and 4 other elderly couples. I love this fandom. We should all have gone out for tea and biscuits and talked about how Mary should have slept with movie director guy.

  Edith is still boring who knew!!!!

  Honestly a delight, I had a couple loud belly laughs, especially when Patrizia gave the long hug and was like “get out of my house”, just had me
  - Adam Driver didn’t even try at the accent but honestly if they were worried abt it, they would have hired Italian actors, so criticism on the accents is….. pointless and nitpicky.

  “You keep saying Japanese people are this and that, so then what are you?”
  Living in Canada for these past years and talking to so many immigrant children who live in a similar vacuum of identity as Haruki and Makoto, I felt like this movie was a beautiful examination of this experience.
  And I like that they never expose where their non Japanese heritage is from! It highlights how, truly, it doesn’t matter.
