Nancy's mom: *watches Nancy go crazy in her sleep and cry for help as she comes back scratched and harmed* "Nancy, you'll feel better if you sleep"
I'll admit that Wes Craven did a great job with this movie in many ways. Like it did scare me here and there and the whole idea of it is great. Very original and definitely a classic.
However, I don't understand why the adults are the dumbest adults I've ever seen in a movie. Like if Freddy were to go after adults instead of kids, the movie would probably last like 25 minutes tops. It wouldn't be as entertaining as this one though
