Matthew Frederickson’s review published on Letterboxd:
very, very sweet.
takes the concept of Lost In Translation (two lonely strangers in different phases of life platonically finding each other) and flips it on its head: what if you the stranger you needed to find is the person that you chose to be the surrogate mother of your child?
love stories don't have to be romantic and, make no mistake, this is a gorgeous love story
leaves things fairly ambiguous at the end, which was the right move.
