"I'll see you down the road."
Beautifully moving, intimate and emotionally resonant character study and portrait of the human condition and sense of community. Nomadland finds filmmaker Chloé Zhao and star Frances McDormand working at the peak of their respective powers. Also the use of non-actors in smaller roles really pays off, it feels like that a standalone movie for each of those characters would be a great thing. Absolutely in love with the beautiful score from Ludovico Einaudi and the cinematography by Joshua James Richards.
