Can't wait for Nolan's next movie, Dunkirk!
I wasn't expecting to love TENET as much as I did. An entertaining, wildly ambitious and gigantic action blockbuster that succeeds viscerally as well as cerebrally, featuring some of the best action set pieces you’ll ever see. The plot of Tenet is indeed convoluted and it is Nolan's most attention demanding film, unlike his previous movies which I don't think were hard to follow at all. So i get why this film is getting such mixed response but the fact that the plot demands your attention only adds to the exhilaration. Nolan gets this and thats why he added the line in the movie that "don’t try to understand it just feel it”. Also strip down to its basics, it’s your conventional globetrotting spy thriller in which the hero and his group are trying to stop the super villain from global destruction.
John David Washington gives a true star-making performance and Robert Pattinson is the MVP!! And Ludwig Göransson's work is incredible, his score elevated the film to a level it couldn’t have been without it!!!
