Road To No Way Home
I have so many opinions on this film. It does so many things right but also gets so many things so ridiculously wrong. Starting off with the positives, this is one of the funniest movies inside the MCU, 90% of the jokes land even upon rewatch and the cast is once again great. Also the first illusion fight scene between Mysterio and Spider-Man is fantastic. However, the film does not feel like a Spider-Man film for me, more like an Iron Man or Iron Man Jr film. It's a bit overwhelming like sure this is coming off the back of Endgame but Tony even though dead still overpowers Peter. I did not mind Tony in that mentor role in Homecoming but this was a bit over the top. I also feel that the CGI helmet on Mysterio is really bad for some reason. Also the edith plotline is so awful and lazy and down righg stupid. Overall though Far From Home is a fun and decent edition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Im watching No Way Home on Saturday so please no spoilers in the comments....
