    Intense Laughter

I’ve been spending the last 30 minutes trying to figure out how to write a review for this but honestly, I’m just conflicted.

On the one hand, all of the technical aspects are great and there are some outstanding scenes but this felt like 2 hours and other than the bandit, I had zero interest in a single character in this and it REALLY dragged it down

    Child's Play

"We're friends till the end, remember?"

Child's Play is pretty solid. The film is a fun slasher which if you have been reading my reviews for a while, you know that I am a big fan of. It is nothing compared to Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Halloween, Scream, Nightmare on Elm Street, etc. It was quite entertaining though.

The kills are really great and Chucky has some hilarious moments. Especially the elevator scene which did make me laugh out loud.

The cast is solid enough but none of them will go down as iconic I think.

"You wanna come over to my house and...PLAY?

Well that was one of the stupidest things I have ever seen.

    Enjoyable tho

“Even being alone, it’s better than sitting next to your lover and feeling lonely.”

Before Sunset is one of the most beautiful films I have ever seen. I honestly think it blows the other Linklater films I’ve seen out of the water (and I love all his movies i’ve seen so far)

Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke are so good and yet again, have phenomenal chemistry. The screenplay is also just outstanding. Some of the conversations they have hit so hard and watching just raw emotion pour out of them during these talks is just so captivating.

    Watch now.
