A travelogue of purgatory at the end of history, with characters set adrift with only the manipulations of an eerily hypnotic cult-like figure to guide them. After seven arduous hours, the punchline hits: said absentee ruler is nothing but a rat for the cops, who no longer have a government to spy for but continue collecting and organizing dirt on otherwise completely abandoned citizens out of sheer mechanical memory. All that's left is the pain you can inflict on yourself and others to even feel alive.
