    I imagine I would like this a lot more if Schmid's ultra-saturated visuals were a bit easier to decipher. Or, in other words, if there was a copy of this that looked nicer than the VHS rip I have. As it is, I can still appreciate what is one of Fassbinder's most dense and profound texts.
