Jeff Hannah’s review published on Letterboxd:
Impressions this time around:
-the strongest stuff in the first half is the humor and the weird side-stories and the strongest stuff in the latter half is the intensity and the womens' story. Speaking of which, for a guy who avoids linear narratives, Lynch sure knows how to build to a climax and end a film.
-the lighting of the old psychic lady's face (Louise?) who knocks at the front door makes her look so terrifying and otherworldly
-Club Silencio is one of the greatest scenes of all time. Not just the song, the atmosphere, the presenter, all of it.
-Naomi Watts is even more attractive when she's mad
