Jeremy Crabb’s review published on Letterboxd:
I don't what it was about War Dogs that made me enjoy it so much, but I had a great time. I was really intrigued by its story, that is actually quite interesting, and it is very tightly paced, with two really solid lead performances from Teller and Hill. It is a lot of fun, and has a lot of story to tell in 114 minutes, and it wastes no time. It feels almost like you just watched a movie like Goodfellas or something, or at least that's the feeling I got. There are things that are slightly drawn out, it suffers from lots of Hollywood troupe in its final act that it sort of took me out for a second. Besides that, War Dogs is an insanely tight movie for the most part, and one that has a great energy and style to it that makes it very entertaining to watch.
