This film is hilarious, heartbreaking and all around beautiful. A fantastic example of a coming-of-age story that's charming without being overtly sentimental. Loved it.
This could be the most original holocaust film I've seen in a long time. By also making it a... horror/thriller-sort-of-thing it really gives us something we've NEVER seen before.
I love the idea of the "monsters" in this film just being a regular animal, but with the backdrop of the holocaust we completely get why they've gone savage and are acting the way they are.
This film is simple and wonderfully effective. It's brilliant, really.
