A scathing look at the tangles of bureaucracy and it's incredible failures in efficiency, responsibility and culpability, Shin Godzilla can be occasionally dry but still effective in bringing a more modern take on the hulking nuclear-powered lizard dinosaur, that we all know and love, to the forefront.
