Fuck yeah a million times. Not taking itself too seriously, having a ton of fun, and on top of that, the drama feels natural. The film takes a grand concept and boils it down to a people story. Featuring one of the first on screen relationships that I found myself rooting for in a long time, and the payoff was just right.

This is an exciting genre blend that I will revisit if I am ever in need of that…

It's one thing to write a murder investigation film where the killer stays ahead of the leads through the entire runtime. It's another when it feels like every event down to the tiniest detail had been planned by a twisted mind. This is, without question, a film I will be needing to meditate on.
