ABSOLUTELY FUCKING BRILLIANT.

The story and writing are the absolute stand outs. This is a movie that lingers, that makes you rethink society, and the way you live. Jim Carey absolutely slams this out the park.

I have to be honest, 10 minutes into the film I wanted it to be over. It was one of those films that you know a long journey is about to take place, but you don’t want to stay for it.
But I did, and was the movie bad? No.
Was it amazing? No.
Was it good? Sure.
I completely get that this movie is for kids, but even Toy Story 4 had more of an engaging/complex storyline than this.…
Did Meryl Streep carry this move on her shoulders? ABSOLUTELY.
As a fan of musicals, I walked Into this excited, and left disappointed. The vibe of this movie gave me High School Musical mixed with Mean Girls, but in the worst way.
Don’t get me wrong, there were many moments in this movie that were very entertaining, but overall, I wouldn’t go out of my way to watch this again.
Also James Corden, stop. Please stop.

I would give this 1/2 a star, but we all know we’re watching this movie to see Dolly Parton and she’s a QUEEN.

What Little Women does the best is making you feel the warmth, and love of the family. So much so, each scene feel so immersive. I laughed, I cried, I felt a immense joy, and I felt immense sadness. The story and tone masterfully manipulate your emotions.
