Jasper’s review published on Letterboxd:
One of those films that doesn't take itself seriously, and with that succeeds in making something more personal than most of the 'serious' films out there. The 100-minute running time flies by, and places you in your 13-year self - for whom the world is a playground, and even the worst circumstances are part of a game. There's only few films that successfully reflect a children's mind, and his world, but, for me, Hunt for the Wilderpeople is a perfect addition to this list.
