The main thing that struck me about the film is that Nicolas Cage lived his life purely based on passion. He realised that a lot of the trivial routines in our everyday lives are unimportant. We do things that we do not care about or believe in and they constitute the majority of our lives. This is evident when one of the chefs cage previously worked with had opened a successful restaurant but cage undermined his achievements saying this man…
