Honestly Arnold was just miscast here in an otherwise very enjoyable Y2K cult scare film. But he is unfortunately incredibly miscast and the whole movie suffers for it. There are some mind bending visual effects on display here. Just amazing! Look how I jump from one sentence to another. No transition. Criticism of the casting straight to liking the effects.
