How Ving Rhames didn’t even get a best supporting actor nod for this performance I’ll never know.
The most quintessential 90s movie out there.
From the mind that brought you Agent Cody Banks 2 comes the remake of a Norwegian classic depicting a man's harrowing journey escaping Nazi capture with help from many civilians along the way.
Pretty boilerplate affair except for one hallucination sequence which can only really be described as 'balls to the wall'.
I finally got to SUPPORT 👏 THE 👏 GIRLS 👏
This was such a great watch and while this seems like a departure from Bujalski’s other work his distinct observational eye is still thankfully ever present.
Performances from Regina Hall, Haley Lou Richardson and Junglepussy are a genuine treat. This is a big recommend from me.
