I watched evil dead and I couldn't resist rewatching Evil Dead 2, IT'S MY FAVORITE ONE I LOVE IT!! I will mention that I did watch it with the commentary from Sam, Bruce, Scott and Greg Nicotero. I love it when Sam and Bruce roast the fuck out of Ash, he is a little stupid buffoon. Plus they're just generally funny. Anyways love you evil dead 2 most horror movie to ever <3

The Evil Dead 1981
I was packing some of my stuff when I realized, I haven't watched this in fuckin FOREVER. What heresy it is to call myself a horror fan when I haven't watched this in like a year. Anyways. One thing I forget about is just how disturbing the deadites sound. I always remember that they look terrifying, but I never remembered just how fucked up their voices are, especially when you get with that "JACK OF DIAMONDS JACK OF CLUBS" then…

The Warriors 1979
Ngl, was NOT expecting Jerry Horne to show up and be a little rat bitch in this, love that for him. Anyways! That was pretty fun, shoutout to the Lizzies and that rollerskating dude from the Punks.

Christine 1983
I haven't watched this in a while but man, that score is just magical. I honestly think this movie would be nothing without Carpenter's score. It just makes everything that more mystical, it's just delightful. ESPECIALLY during Moochie's chase, it really just pumps the heart man.
Also I love that domestic horror of John's, I think it's my favorite thing about him. He really made an evil car movie into a harrowing tragedy about losing your loved one to an obsession/addiction until you hardly even know the person you once recognized. That's the stuff man.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness 2022
I finally gave in and watched for my best friends Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell. Ngl I only liked the last hour of the movie. The rest of it was just generic marvel with a predictable script and cgi shit flyin around. It had that Raimi flare every now and then but it was HEAVILY suppressed. It's only at the last hour that things get good. Skeletons and zombies is what I signed up for. Also shout-out to Scott Spiegel…

The Quick and the Dead 1995
I loved this movie a lot but also my secondary thought was how goddamn much I want a leather duster.

Drag Me to Hell 2009
Wow! that was great, I love seeing her defeat evil and finally triumph, surely you have nothing else in store, right Sam "The Innocent Must Suffer" Raimi?

Hellraiser 1987
I wasn't totally enraptured by it until that last act, now THAT'S when it got great. I do love the effects for Frank though, and again that last act was amazing. Hell yeah. Shout-out to Kirsty's jacket and her boyfriend's colorful button-up.

Tales from the Hood 1995
The way Clarence Williams III just SCREAMS that last line, I think it will stay in my mind forever
