Joseph D’Andrea’s review published on Letterboxd:
The stinger says “The Band You Know. The Story You Don’t.” Well, yeah, I mean, no, I kind of do already know the story. Everyone does, really. I enjoyed this so much, though. I really wouldn’t have minded if they went into the second half of their career—which really is much more interesting—but I guess they wanted to just tell a story of the early Beatlemania period. After all, it is called “The Touring Years.” When the U.S. reporter asked John, “Which one are you?” and he said “Eric,” and the guy went along with it, that was hysterical.
