Wildly inconsistent patchwork comedy that pales in comparison to Who is America? and the Larry Charles masterpiece Borat. A lot of the political humor is surface level Trump comedy that we’ve all seen before. Borat is at his best when he’s in lockdown with his Qanon pals, talking with the babysitter, the women in the synagogue, “bonding” with his daughter, and exposing the absurdity of antisemites and far-right Republicans.
