I haven’t been this thrilled by the end of a movie in a long time.

Oliver Assayas (sp?) manages to both take a piss on directors and make you feel more excited about film than I could imagine.  Maggie Cheung is so cool and natural as... Maggie Chung.  He perfectly captures the vibe of being on set.

An incredibly beautiful, violent and funny heartfelt ode to the cinematic west.    And within the middle of this feature movie of western short stories, there lies an ode to the death of cinema.   All while streaming on Netflix.   I wish that I could have seen it in a movie theater but am grateful for Netflix to put it out there.
