Modern fantasy has been stuck in this over serious & gratuitously violent place for so long, this film is such a breath of fresh air. Genuinely funny, surprisingly emotional story beats and lovable characters that make shockingly stupid decisions that somehow turn out okay - everything that DnD should be.
