With almost all the sectors thriving in this movie, one of the things that made me most amazed was the color grading. I was wondering many times that how are all these colors coming from that grim battlefield. And that was the strongest aspect of this movie, it’s visual. It’s horrific like any anti-war movie should be, sometimes even more. The lead gave a top notch performance. Yet I felt the emotional involvement was missing from the movie. The friendships should've been more explored to leave a mark in my heart.
Maybe they spend so much time focusing on the technical sides that the emotional side left unguarded.
