Jennifer's Body 2009
A lot better than it looks on paper. The jump cuts scared me multiple times but I mean that's what you should expect from a horror film lol. Megan Fox is so beautiful in this and Seyfried is also a gorgeous actor so this was never at any points boring to watch.

Dallas Buyers Club 2013
Expected so much more that it feels disappointing. Can’t deny the fact that the performances are incredible, because they are. Might have to give this a rewatch in the future and see if it grows on me.

War Dogs 2016
Jonah Hill's laugh in this is just so funny for no reason. Todd Phillips delivers an interesting take at a biopic but he doesn't have the fully fledged skills Scorsese has that allows the 'bad guy' to win over the audience (E.g. in WOWS the character of Belfort wins us over with his charm and we feel bad for him in a way as the film progresses to it's climax whereas I don't feel any sad emotions seeing the 'good…

The Edge of Seventeen 2016
Not amazing but not poor by any means. Hailie Steinfeld is a very talented actress and her abilities are displayed throughout this.

That Awkward Moment 2014
This made me laugh out loud several times and was really enjoyable to watch. Obviously this humour will only be enjoyed by a small section of people in society but I can't lie the score is reflected by my enjoyment from it and not what message I got out of it.

Die Hard 2 1990
Christmas Challenge- Film 16/31
Obviously no where near as good as the first but that doesn't deny the fact that this isn't a good watch. Really only watched this because I wanted to see the third and thought it would be maybe useful to see this before going into it so I kind of got from this what I was expecting. If you want to watch something similar to Die Hard 1 but in an airport then I would say this isn't a bad choice. -
Wonder Woman 1984 2020
Saw this in the cinema which I think really enhanced the movie! The score is amazing, the locations are all beautiful and the plot twist isn't bad either. Good comfort movie, but probably half an hour too long!

The Social Network 2010
Don't really understand why many people consider this Fincher's best piece of work. Zuckerberg is just presented as a wanker with no social skills as he burns down every bridge he has connected to him as the films goes on. If you don't mind watching Jesse Eisenberg (who is just irritating to watch) for two hours portraying a door knob then fair enough but seriously this isn't as interesting as it seems in my opinion. Just let down on so…

Do the Right Thing 1989
Liked how everybody is in the wrong in this. The only problems I have is Spike Lee's acting and I just had such high expectations and didn't enjoy this as much as so many other people on this website did. Still very powerful and I think I will re watch another time to see if this gets better.

Palm Springs 2020
Very fun film! Really like the colours used in this and the location it is set in. Don't care much for the story but nevertheless not a bad hour and a half spent at all.

Bridget Jones's Diary 2001
Christmas Challenge- Film 7/31
That fight scene was hilarious and the best bit of the film. A lot funnier than I expected it to be! Definitely will check out the other two films in the trilogy. -
