DAY TWENTY-ONE: A 90’s DTV horror franchise sequel
This is almost a complete remake of the first film, so this is a soft reboot. There is a reference to the events of the first two films and that's about it. Honestly, I like this better than the second one but it is still pretty bad. The acting is not great, the music is bad, and the film is essential mid 2000s in fashion, language, everything. For a direct-to-video sequel this could be a lot worse, but I'd still skip it.
