I have no words. The more I think about this film, the more I fall in love with it. I’m someone who doesn’t like to feel, someone who doesn’t like letting people get too close, but after watching this, I want to feel everything. Life and love is beautiful and no one should be afraid of feeling something. Just divine.
Had to knock down a star for one of the character's being seventeen, though.
EDIT 01/12: jk the more i think about this the more hallow i think it is. the only thing that saved it was the dad's monologue but even then it seems out of place since elio and oliver never looked in love so idk what the dad is talking about
