I feel like it was always on the verge of greatness but never really gets there. Interesting along the way though, plus Evan Jonigkeit steals my heart (and loins) in everything he's in.

If you're gonna do a movie rooted in bad taste, don't pussyfoot. Commit or gtfo.

On par with its predecessor: well-acted, over-directed, occasionally entertaining, way too long, and overall good enough but nothing to write home about.
