    It is hard to review this film in a vacuum. I enjoyed the first movie and really loved the second one. I liked it so much that I found myself accidentally watching it and I just watched it all the way through instead of moving on.

    This movie follows in the steps of movies like Cabin in the Woods, Tucker and Dale vs Evil, and Psycho Goreman. Even the recent Freaky. It's a loving tribute to the specific genre of horror film they are dealing with. I am loving this trend.
