Jye Briscoe’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is definitely lower tier Nolan for me, but that’s not to say it’s not good because it is.
It definitely gets points for originality but if anything, I think I was kind of expecting more from the concept. It was very cleverly written and at times it really is a struggle to completely wrap your head around what is happening. That being said, the film never dragged and I never felt completely lost, despite the music in certain scenes being so loud that it drowned out whole portions of dialogue.
Tenet is an interesting one that I think will reward itself on repeat viewings and I’m intrigued to see it again now knowing what’s going on.
