Despite the horrible audience in the theater, this movie had my mind blown.
They went to places where no one has been before and showed them in such a way that you get uncomfortable and an overall eerie feeling. At one point I felt myself shifting in my seat because I had no idea what to do with myself. It kidnaps you into this story. I will probably review this again at some point, because the weirdest thing about this experience is that it makes you think.
For me, I had alot of questions after the movie ended and maybe not only about the storylines or the movie itself, but mostly about me, my life, things that are going on. It’s psychologically very triggering and I honestly just went quiet.
Overall it’s a movie you should watch. But please please please, don’t expect a gory tale with knife slashers and jumpscares and ghosts. Expect nothing going into it and let yourself be taken by all of it.
It sounds dramatic, but I provably will need more time to take it all in.
